Renovation of an inner city house on a tight budget. Project 2019 – 2020 included whole of house renovation, with a new back part, new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms. The strict budget meant savings had to be found during the build when asbestos was discovered under the house.
Council required a much more traditional elevation to be built than what was originally proposed, shown below.
